Orchestrating Beautiful Care

Medicare Awarded Aspire’s Care 5-Stars

Aspire cares about its patients so much that we have perfected our care to ensure that all of our patients’ needs – physical, emotional, and spiritual – are all met through a system we call THE PERFECT VISIT.

We believe that hospice is a GIFT to our patients and their families during a very difficult journey. To help you walk this path, Aspire will provide:

Physician Services

One of the benefits of hospice is that you no longer need to struggle to take your loved one to see their doctor. From the comfort of your home, a physician oversees and is involved in your loved one's care.

Nursing Services

We are here to give you peace of mind through this difficult journey. Frequent visits from a specialized nurse provide guidance, care, and education. Nurses assess for specific care needs, provide insight into the disease process, and regularly communicate with your hospice physician.

Assistance with Dressing, Bathing, and Grooming

Certified Nursing Assistants will help maintain your loved one's dignity and appearance by providing assistance with bathing and grooming. This allows you to continue being the son or daughter that you need to be.

Social Work

Social workers provide emotional and mental support during this very difficult time, both for you and your loved one. They also provide community resources to ease the stress of caring for your loved one.

Chaplain Services

Chaplains provide spiritual comfort and guidance during this very sacred experience. They are non-denominational and can help address spiritual questions and concerns. Chaplains are available for the patient as well as their family members.

Hospice Medication, Equipment, and Supplies

Hospice provides medications related to the terminal diagnosis, incontinence supplies, and needed medical equipment such as a hospital bed, a walker, a wheelchair, and oxygen.

Holistic Therapies

At Aspire, we provide holistic therapies, including music, massage, and guided imagery therapies. Although these therapies are typically not covered by other hospices, Aspire believes they provide additional healing benefits and have chosen to provide them at no additional cost to our patients.

Bereavement

Grief is an individual journey, but it does not have to be taken alone. Bereavement Coordinators give family members the tools to process the stages of grief after losing a loved one.

Volunteers

Volunteers from the community provide companionship, support and non-medical assistance.

Dietary Guidance

Patients can receive dietary counseling on how to best meet their nutritional needs.
