About every six months, I like to look online to see which family-friendly movies are coming out in the coming months! Watching movies with my family is one of my favorite things to do, so I decided to write this blog to show which movies I’m most excited to see! Here you go!
Hocus Pocus 2
Hocus Pocus is one of the most iconic family-friendly Halloween movies there is. Finally, after nearly 30 years, the Sanderson sisters are returning. My family and I cannot wait to watch this movie on September 30!
Strange World
Strange World is an upcoming release from Disney. It is an adventure film featuring a family of explorers on an expedition to a strange, new world. With the voice talents of Jake Gyllenhaal, Dennis Quaid, and Lucy Liu, I think Strange World is set to be a fantastic movie! You can watch it on November 23!
Disenchanted
In 2007, Disney made one of their most ambitious films: Enchanted. In this film, a princess (Amy Adams) falls down a well in an animated world and ends up in live-action New York City. Luckily, a divorce attorney (Patrick Dempsey) helps her try to get home! Now, Disney has announced that a sequel is coming on November 24!
Puss in Boots: The Last Wish
If you’re a fan of the Shrek movies, you should be looking forward to Puss in Boots: The Last Wish! This film is set to be a fun, family-friendly adventure film about finding your passion! You can watch it on December 21!
Luck
Luck is a story, ironically, about the unluckiest person in the world. When she finds herself in the Land of Luck, she has to find a way to turn her luck around. You can watch this movie on Apple TV+ on August 5.
