I don’t know about you, but I like to take several weeks to plan out what I will cook for Thanksgiving dinner. Thanksgiving is just a couple of weeks away, so it’s time to start planning! In this blog, I’ll give you five recipes to make this Thanksgiving. Now, I know what you’re thinking: Aren’t there only like, nine or ten standard recipes for Thanksgiving? Yes, there are. Everybody will have turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans, corn, dinner rolls, pumpkin pie, and a casserole or two. Those are all fantastic dishes, but I want to challenge you to branch out and really WOW your family this year! And the best part is that most of these recipes don’t require any more effort than the ones everybody will be expecting. So, without further ado, here are the Thanksgiving recipes!
Potatoes au Gratin

A lot of people struggle with incorporating sweet potatoes into their Thanksgiving lineup. Usually, you’ll see sweet potato casseroles or even baked sweet potatoes. Both of these dishes are great!
